President Donald Trump and the French President Emmanuel Macron Western Europe will undergo a gradual shift in the U.S. approach to the transformation of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine on Monday, with a joint press conference at the White House on Monday.
Macron convened a conference call with other leaders of the seven national teams earlier in the day with Trump in the Oval Office.
