President-elect Donald Trump A $20 billion foreign investment to build new data centers in the United States is expected to be announced on Tuesday, a person familiar with the matter told CNBC.
Billionaire Hussain Sajwani, a Trump associate and founder of real estate development company DAMAC Properties, has pledged the funding, sources said.
Trump is expected to make the announcement later Tuesday morning at Mar-a-Lago, his club and residence in Palm Beach, Florida.
