U.S. stock futures were barely changing Thursday night after the main average glided after the lower earnings of retail giant Walmart.

“I don’t think there will be a piece of economic data that will inevitably stir things up,” Hogan added.

Week to date, the S&P 500 index has a rate of less than 0.1%, while the NASDAQ composites has a growth rate of less than 0.1%. The Dow is the underperformer, tracking 0.8% of losses during this period.
