Super Micro shares are on the record before the deadline | Real Time Headlines

Super microcomputer Stocks fell 10% during trading Tuesday as the company will file audited financial reports or withdraw from the Nasdaq Exchange by the deadline.

Earlier this month, Super Micro CEO Charles Liang Tell investors He is “confident” that the company can file the reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission by February 25, a deadline set by Nasdaq. The company must submit its audit annual report for fiscal year 2024 and the first two quarters of fiscal year 2025.

If Super Micro fails to file a report, it can cross out its shares from Nasdaq. It may also require another extension of up to 180 days.

The biggest driver of Super Micro’s growth is that it sells systems around NVIDIA graphics processor units (or GPUs) to build server clusters of AI. Supermicro sales more than doubled in its fiscal 2024 to $14.94 billion, according to its unaudited finances. Analysts expect revenue for the quarter to be approximately $5.37 billion, up nearly 40% year-on-year.

The SEC filing system can receive documents at 10 p.m. east, and depending on the late stage of the time of submission, it may be published the following morning.
