Singapore court charges real estate billionaire Ong Ming Seng | Real Time Headlines

SINGAPORE – Singapore on Friday filed two charges of obstruction of justice and abetting against property billionaire Ong Ming Seng. According to local media reportsin a case involving a former government minister.
