It was unclear whether the man being questioned in Altoona was the same person seen in surveillance footage previously released by the New York Police Department of people of interest in the murders.

The CEO was on his way to UHG’s Investor Day meeting early Wednesday morning at the Hilton Hotel in downtown Manhattan when a gunman shot him in the back.
The suspect then fled the area on his bicycle and rode to nearby Central Park.
The NYPD said the suspect was spotted leaving the park on foot about 20 blocks north of the shooting scene, then took a taxi north to the Washington Heights neighborhood, where he was last seen entering the Port Authority Bus Terminal.
Police also said the man is believed to have arrived in New York City on a bus from Atlanta on November 24, and that night he immediately went to the Hilton Hotel and wandered the nearby streets for about half an hour.
