NATO’s Rut tells Europe to stop complaining and propose specific ideas | Real Time Headlines

NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte on Saturday faced a more confrontational US faced with members of the European military alliance: Stop complaining and current solutions.

“Start the debate, not by complaining… but by making specific ideas,” he said at the Munich Security Conference.

The NATO chief also confirmed that the coalition would reach a new defense spending target agreement when members meet at a summit in The Hague, Netherlands in June.
