German president dissolves parliament and calls early elections on February 23 | Real Time Headlines

President Frank-Walter Steinmeier dissolved Germany’s lower house of parliament on Friday, paving the way for snap elections on February 23 after Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s three-way coalition collapsed.
