But in its new 2024 report, Amazon removed any mention of these diversity and inclusion efforts. It simply states: “We strive to be the best employer on the planet” and says the company relies on “many and evolving plans to implement this goal.”
Change comes after Amazon Stopped recently It has some diversity, equity and inclusion programs. Candi Castleberry, Amazon’s vice president of inclusion experience and technology, told employees in a December memo that the company is “shrinking outdated plans and materials” as part of a broad review of hundreds of plans.
