Alphabet to invest $5 billion in self-driving car unit Waymo | Real Time Headlines

“This new round of funding will allow Waymo to continue building the world’s leading self-driving company,” Ruth Porat, Alphabet’s outgoing financial chief, said in an interview on Tuesday.
