Green represents a district in Houston and has previously proposed improper terms against Trump.
His shooting came three years later, after two Republican House members were Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia and Lauren Boebert of Colorado, who repeatedly interrupted President Joe Biden in his coalition speech.
During the speech, none of these women were expelled.

After Green was ejected, Trump targeted the lawmakers’ Democrats, who listened silently.
“I looked at the Democrats in front of me and I realized that I absolutely had nothing to make them happy, to make them stand up, to smile or applaud, and I could do nothing,” Trump said.
“I can find a cure for the most destructive disease that will destroy the entire country, or declare the answer to the biggest economy in history or the answer to the ceasefire of crime,” the president said. “These people sitting here will not applaud and will not cheer on these astronomy achievements.”
After Green was removed from office, many House Democrats walked out of the House during Trump’s speech. Prior to that, some Democrats supported the president.
