Vacuum cleaner maker Dyson is to cut around 1,000 jobs in the UK, where it currently employs 3,500 people.
The company, known for its innovative hair dryers, air conditioners and other products, said the review of its business comes as it faces “an increasingly fierce and competitive global market”.
