Chinese and Russian naval formations recently conducted their fourth joint maritime patrol in the Western and North Pacific, Chinese state broadcaster CCTV reported on Sunday.
CCTV stated that the patrol was part of the annual arrangements between the two countries and was not targeted at any third party. The move had nothing to do with the current international and regional situation.
