Step inside a $60 million oceanfront mansion in Delray Beach, Florida, with old-school Italian charm above ground and hidden personality below. Beneath the mega-residence is an underground lair filled with modern luxuries, including a gallery of supercars, a glowing tequila bar and a steel vault filled with cash.

The more than 23,000-square-foot estate is called Mar Pietra, which means sea stone in Italian. This limestone building sits on 100 feet of oceanfront and houses the main residence and guest house. There are nine bedrooms, 12 full baths and seven half baths. The climate-controlled underground car gallery adds more than 4,000 square feet, adding even more space through covered areas such as a grand loggia that houses another kitchen, bar, lounge and dining area.

CNBC’s Ray Parisi toured the home with Douglas Elliman real estate agent Senada Adzem.
