Hunter Biden’s legal troubles and promiscuous past have drawn widespread attention as his father runs for re-election against Trump, who appointed Noreka and Cannon to judicial seats.

President Biden dropped out of the race on July 21, diminishing his son’s role as a political weapon for the Republican Party.

In addition to the criminal election interference case in Washington, D.C., Trump has been charged separately in state court in Atlanta with crimes related to his efforts to overturn his 2020 election loss to President Joe Biden in Georgia.
