Judge joins the Trump administration early on joining USAID’s workforce | Real Time Headlines

A federal judge on Friday paved the way for the Trump administration to push for plans to remove American International Development Agency Workers from their work.

U.S. District Court Judge Carl Nichols denied workforce groups demanding a preliminary injunction after the Trump administration said it would send thousands of USAID employees within 30 days and ordered foreign agencies to return to the United States.

“Weighing the plaintiffs’ assertions about these issues with the government is like comparing apples to orange.
