Analysts at Morgan Stanley said there are still many overweight stocks to buy in advance as the reporting season ends. The company said it insists on using stocks like NVIDIA and is about to enter quarterly reports. Other stocks that Morgan Stanley likes include: EQT, Arista Networks and Tuya. Arista Networks analyst Meta Marshall stood on the stocks of the Internet before earnings Tuesday. “Over the past 3-4 years, the company has beaten about 300-400 bps of revenue on quarterly expectations,” she wrote. Still, the fourth quarter results are unlikely to move the needle. She added that until the company presents meaningful new customers, “further multiple expansions” will be put on hold. However, the company does have no undervalued opportunities in the data center space. “Our checks are gradually positive in the online connection this quarter, with data center focus and expectations for progressive improvement throughout the year,” she said. Arista shares rose 61% from last year. EQT buys any shares in hydrocarbon exploration companies, said analyst Devin McDermott. “The pullback creates an attractive entry point, and now the valuation is more attractive,” he wrote in a recent note. EQT remains the company’s top choice until Wednesday’s earnings. The stock has risen more than 60% over the past 12 months and has risen 16% so far. McDermott said the stock’s recent chopping is due to concerns about the DeepSeek AI model, which has the potential to reduce electricity demand. The company acknowledged that these concerns may continue, but said there is still a buying opportunity. “A rising power consumption is the source of rising demand for long-term natural gas, but LNG (LNG) is the larger driver of recent growth,” he wrote. “We continue to prefer gasoline in E&PS, suggesting Buy gasoline pullback. “Tuya Tuya’s share price has grown 66% this year, but the company said there is more room for Chinese Internet of Things and AI companies to run. The company reiterated its overweight rating in a recent note client, saying “strong revenue growth momentum” could continue. However, analyst Yang Liu said, “there is a mismatch between fundamentals and stock prices” and urged investors to remain calm. “We think that leaves a lot of room for the stock price,” she added. The company acknowledged some tariff risks, but said there are too many other positive catalysts available to be ignored at the moment. Liu also raised his target share price from $2.30 to $3 and made fourth-quarter earnings on deck on February 26, the result of the NVIDIA report. “Strong overseas IoT demand and Tuya’s market share growth are likely to continue to grow,” she said in a quarterly preview. NVIDIA “While sentiment has intensified on potential long-term risks, business has continued to be firm in the near future, and Blackwell supply visibility continues Established, the customer’s desire is clearly on display. …. In the short term, the possibility of upward revision is higher. “EQT” we continue to prefer gasoline in E&PS and recommend buying gas callbacks. … The callback created An attractive entry point, now the valuation is more attractive. … Upgrade power consumption is a source. Long-term natural gas demand has risen, but LNG (LNG) is the driver of recent growth. “In the past Arista’s revenue in the quarter was approximately 300-400bps in the quarter in 3-4 years. Tuya “We reiterate our OW rating and improve PT to consider the continued strength driven by the Internet of Things overseas and good cost controls revenue growth. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
