Jeff Bezos Believes his space company Blue Origin will one day become a giant Amazon.
“I think this is going to be the best business I’ve ever been a part of, but it’s going to take a while,” Bezos told The New York Times’ DealBook Summit on Wednesday.
Amazon, founded by Bezos in 1994, has a market capitalization of approximately $2.3 trillion. Blue Origin, founded by Bezos in 2000, has never disclosed a valuation. He owns and funds Blue Origin solely through the sale of Amazon stock.
